The science suggests that magic mushrooms can support mental health. The “magic” in mushrooms is psilocybin. This allows us to explore and expand states of consciousness through psychedelic experiences. It enhances neuroplasticity and builds new neural networks and pathways in the brain, inspiring creativity and connectivity and allowing us to heal, learn, and grow in ways we could never imagine. Brain scans of adults on mushrooms are similar to brain scans of children. Your brain on mushrooms is basically like being a kid again. It's no wonder that mushrooms can help us heal and connect with our inner child.
While this is magical, I believe the magic of mushrooms is far deeper. Some consider this sacred medicine. Indigenous peoples have been healing in ceremony with plant medicine and mushrooms for generations. This practice is deeply rooted in indigenous culture, tradition, and wisdom. We have a lot to learn from them in the western world.
We too can approach this as sacred plant medicine. We can nurture our relationship with the spirit of mushrooms for deep healing and transformation. Far more than a trip, this is a partnership with all of creation.
We can partner with mushrooms to plant roots and remember our true nature.
I believe this is possible for humans too. We can partner with mushrooms to see what's possible in connection and community. They can help us plant roots and remember our true nature at the heart of all creation.

I consider myself a priestess on the path of mushroom ministry. I'm also a licensed psilocybin facilitator in the state of Oregon (aka legal magic mushroom guide). As a student of InnerTrek, I had the honor of participating in the first legal group ceremony in the state of Oregon — and in the nation — since the 1960s.

OAR 333-333: THE CONTEXT FOR LEGAL MAGIC
As a licensed psilocybin facilitator, I offer legal psilocybin services through licensed service centers in the state of Oregon.
I can't claim this has any meaning or significance. That's up to interpretation. But my personal experience with mushrooms has been deeply spiritual. I feel like I'm in relationship with the spirit of this life form. Mushrooms are sacred to me and this is a path of devotion.
As a licensed psilocybin facilitator...
- I can't claim that mushrooms are magic, but they are magical.
- I can't call this medicine, but it is medicinal.
- I can't promise it will heal you, but it can be deeply healing.
- I'm not a licensed counselor and this isn't therapy, but it can be therapeutic.
- I'm not a doctor and I can't prescribe drugs, but I can offer access to psilocybin and recommend strains and doses.
- I can't claim this is safe before it's FDA-approved, but it's safer than most illegal drugs and even some legal substances.
- I can't even claim this is fully legal as it's still classified as a Schedule I substance by the DEA, but it's legal in the state of Oregon in the context of psilocybin services. It's also decriminalized. And the use of mushrooms as sacrament may be protected under federal law as the right to religious freedom.
I believe we all have a right to heal and access medicine — and that includes plant medicine in the form of magic mushrooms.

My Approach
Meet me at the intersection of psychology and spirituality for a holistic approach to healing the psyche and soul.
My practice is trauma-informed, deeply rooted in attachment and polyvagal theory, and inspired by somatic practice, parts work (IFS), the arts, tarot, and astrology. But my greatest gift is not my skills, credentials, or even my experience. It’s my presence, my empathy, and my practice of deepening into love over a lifetime of devotion.

I'm here to hold space and offer support as you explore your inner landscape. Some of this may be familiar and some may be uncharted territory. But darkness is just the shadow of light; love is all there is.
This is deep shadow work that can feel like play.
We can illuminate the darkness to find the light within. This process can be deeply confronting. It can also feel like play. I see it all as a rite of passage in the process of rebirthing the self. You can consider me your doula.

I feel called to serve women and the divine feminine, the female face of God/Spirit/Source that exists within us all.
Women are especially prone to feel like too much and not enough. This is the “natural” byproduct of lifetimes of oppression. We have passed this social programming on for generations through nature and nurture. It lives in our DNA and is reflected in how we are raised. Our mothers were once little girls who may have been hurt like us. Our fathers were little boys who may have learned to hurt others. We didn't receive the nurturing we needed as a result. Our unmet childhood needs caused the deepest wounds of all: a perceived lack of love and insecure attachment in relationship with our parents, partners, and all of life.
The mother wound is a cavernous void so deep it may feel like we can't breathe, like we can't trust our heart to keep beating to the pulse of life.
Feeling unworthy of love is feeling unworthy of life.
I believe the mother wound is far deeper than our relationship with our birth mother. It's a reflection of our relationship with all of life. This is the wound of disconnection from the true source of love and life.
We can heal the mother wound by connecting not only with our inner mother but the spirit of the Goddess/Divine Feminine/Mother Earth (it's really one in the same).
This is my deepest medicine: I help women heal their inner child and feel held by the cosmic womb of all creation. But I am just a conduit. The true medicine is the mushrooms and our own inner healer.
Mushrooms helped me heal my relationship with my mother — three days before she was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer. It’s like the mushrooms or a part of me knew and prepared me for it. I sat in ceremony with mushrooms on a new moon solar eclipse and experienced the culmination of years of shadow work. This deep healing and forgiveness had eluded me most of my life. It allowed me to be present with my mom in that delicate phase of her life.
I know firsthand how fragile life is and that’s why I live in service to love.

A. Initial Consultation & Intake Session:
The process starts with an application and screening to ensure it’s safe for us to proceed. If you pass the initial screening, you may book an Initial Consultation with a non-refundable deposit of $250. Please complete all required forms and documents before our first session.
Our first session is a deep dive into your desires and dreams for the path ahead. I want to know all about you: your life story and personal history, significant life experiences and current life circumstances, mental and physical health, etc. I’ll also share a bit about me and my approach to this practice. We can set intentions for your session and address any fears as they arise. I’m here for you every step of the way.
If it feels safe and aligned to proceed, you may pay your remaining balance in full or set up a payment plan. We will schedule our next session and day of administration (ceremony). If either of us determine that this is not the right fit, you will owe nothing more than your initial deposit.
Preparation
B.Preparation & Orientation Session:
Our next session will help you prepare for ceremony. This includes practical details about the day of administration as well as physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation. We will revisit your intentions and address any fears and concerns. We will also discuss dosing, potential side effects, and tips for navigating expanded states of consciousness. I will introduce you to attachment theory and how our attachment styles can manifest in the relational field, as well as polyvagal theory and basic somatic techniques and practices for nervous system regulation. We will form a safety plan with agreements for co-creating a safe space as well as arrangements for transportation to and from the service center.
Some clients may benefit from additional preparation. I may suggest this if I feel it would be in your best interest. You may book as many follow-up sessions as needed for $125/hour.
This is the day the magic happens! You may book your day of administration (ceremony) within 90 days of initial consultation based on my waitlist and availability. I choose to host no more than 1-2 ceremonies a week as an act of service and devotion to my clients. This allows us the time and space this partnership truly deserves.
The day of your ceremony is all about you. You may want to wear comfortable clothes and eat a light breakfast or fast before ceremony (and plan for a full meal afterwards). You must arrange for transportation to and from the service center. The general duration of a mushroom trip ranges from 4-8 hours. I will be here as long as you need, for whatever you need. My role is to hold space and keep you safe as you navigate your inner landscape.
Administration
You will be offered 1-2 follow-up sessions to support you in post-ceremony integration. I recommend booking the first within one week of ceremony and another in 2-4 weeks. Ongoing integration support is available in the form of coaching, classes, and community. You will not walk this path alone!
The truth is that healing is a nonlinear process. Mushrooms may be “magic” but they’re not a magic pill. Yet, they invite us into deeper relationship with ourselves and all of creation. This may be the first step along that path — or you may be further along — but it’s a step nonetheless on the trip of a lifetime.
Some folks have a deeply profound and transformational experience and never need it again. Others go years between ceremonies. And some return to ceremony 2-4 times a year. You can trust your inner wisdom as you walk in relationship with mushrooms and all of life. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Plant medicine can refer to plants, herbs, and fungi with healing properties. The practice of plant medicine is deeply rooted in indigenous culture, tradition, and wisdom. Indigenous peoples have been healing in ceremony with plant medicine for generations. This includes the ceremonial use of magic mushrooms, especially in Central and South America.
The “magic” in mushrooms is psilocybin. Psilocybin is converted into psilocin when ingested, which interacts with serotonin receptors in the brain. This leads to expanded states of consciousness and psychedelic experiences.
Science suggests that psilocybin can support mental health, according to clinical trials and research on conditions like depression, anxiety, addiction, and PTSD. The healing potential of psilocybin could be due to its interaction with serotonin receptors that impact mood, cognition, and perception. Psilocybin promotes neuroplasticity and loosens the grip of the default mode network (DMN), allowing us to let go of rigid thoughts and imagine new possibilities. This can lead to deep emotional processing and profoundly spiritual experiences.
While there is need for more research and I can’t claim this is safe before it’s FDA-approved, it’s generally considered safe in practice for the general population. Safety depends on a lot of factors like set and setting, dose, pre-existing mental and physical health conditions, etc. There's an inherent risk in introducing any new substance to the brain and body. That’s why we start with proper screening to ensure it’s safe enough to proceed. Please consult a doctor if you have any concerns. I can refer you to medical professionals who are psychedelic-informed.
While psilocybin remains a Schedule I substance under federal law, it’s legal in the state of Oregon in the context of “psilocybin services” as outlined by Measure 109. You can learn more about Oregon’s model for psilocybin services here.
As a licensed psilocybin facilitator, I offer legal psilocybin services through licensed service centers in the state of Oregon. My scope of practice is defined by Measure 109 and OAR 333-333. I’m here to hold space and offer support as you explore your inner landscape with mushrooms.
A service center is a licensed facility where we can legally conduct psilocybin services. This is the setting for our ceremony. I currently partner with Fractal Soul PDX and 7 Gates Sanctuary in Portland.

You may cancel and reschedule sessions, but it may delay the process as I have limited availability. If you choose to cancel or postpone your administration session, I will hold your spot for 90 days from your initial consultation. Rescheduling within 30 days of an administration session or more than 90 days after your initial consultation will result in a $250 fee. I do not generally offer refunds due to the nature of this work. Please be sure it feels aligned before committing to the process.
You are legally allowed to ingest up to 50 mg of psilocybin, which is comparable to consuming 5 grams of dried mushrooms. Dosing can be tricky due to bio-individuality, but we will follow general guidelines and recommendations. I tend to err on the side of caution. I’d rather you feel too little than too much. You can ease into the experience and adjust dosing as needed by booking a 2-day ceremony (2 administration sessions in 2-3 days). This may be especially appealing for clients who are new to mushrooms and those who are traveling from out of state who want to make the most of their time.
You are the medicine. You have the capacity to heal. You can trust your own wisdom and inner healing intelligence — with or without mushrooms.
